A little late on this post,

however on Sunday July 24, we were a part of  the 28th annual Hispanic Heritage Festival at the Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla, NY.   At our booth, we served some of our specialties – Churrasquitos, Carne de Cerdo & Yucca, Enchiladas, Taquitos, Mexican Tacos and Empanadas. In addition, we had our Mango, Cashew Fruit and Tamarindo juices! Despite the bit of rain we had to endure, the event was great, the clouds cleared and the sun came right back out. Several awesome performances, great people, great vendors.
